Bridget Clay

Bridget Clay is an Executive Director of Education Partnerships at Teach First, currently on maternity leave. Previously, they headed leadership programmes at Teach First and served as the Director of School Programmes at the Teacher Development Trust, focusing on professional learning in schools. With a background as a teacher, Bridget has also contributed to various educational initiatives and publications, including co-authoring *Unleashing Great Teaching* and regularly writing for TES. They have advised multiple organizations, engaging as a speaker at educational conferences and serving as Chair of Trustees for the MTPT Project. Bridget holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Leadership from the Institute of Education, U. of London.
