Danielle Roche

Danielle Roche, currently the Head of Allocation and Placement at Teach First, has a strong background in education management, sales, and recruitment. Previously, they served as Operations Manager at Teach First, where they supported school partnerships and drove national recruitment processes. With a PGCE in MFL and international management experience, they have developed significant expertise in team leadership and strategic oversight of trainee placements. Danielle has also held roles in various organizations, including The Challenge and Teach For Australia, where they focused on youth programs and recruitment strategies.
