Fergus Pickles

Fergus Pickles is a management consultant at Deloitte, specializing in major infrastructure programs within the government and transport sectors. Previously, Fergus worked as an English teacher at Grace Academy Darlaston, contributing to the Teach First Leadership Development Programme. With a strong educational background, including a first-class BA in English Literature from the University of Bristol and a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Education and Leadership from Birmingham City University, Fergus has also served as a Teach First ambassador and has held various roles that emphasize leadership and social impact.
