Jonathan previously served as a Senior Consultant at Baringa and has held roles at Accenture, where they focused on user journey analysis and innovation in technology consulting. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Exeter, where they also contributed as the Editor of the independent student newspaper, Exeposé.
