Sarah Jane Stapleton

Sarah Jane Stapleton is the Head of Primary Initial Teacher Training and a dedicated Senior Leader with extensive experience in both national and international educational program delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Design Lead at Coventry University and a Deputy Head of Primary ITT at the National Institute of Teaching and Education, Sarah has consistently demonstrated exceptional management and leadership skills, successfully engaging and motivating complex teams. Their career includes key roles such as Curriculum Training Lead and Maths Lead, emphasizing high-quality learning experiences and building strong stakeholder relationships. Sarah holds a BA in Childhood Studies and Education, a PGCE in Primary Education, and an NPQSL in Education.
