Simon Gardiner

Simon Gardiner is currently a Secondary Development Lead at Teach First and has established a strong foundation in education leadership. Previously, they served as Head of Media Studies at Ark Academy and ARK Globe Academy, where they successfully managed top-performing teams and oversaw Early Career Teacher Induction. Simon also worked as Manager and Development Lead for English and Media at City & Islington College, focusing on staff development and curriculum innovation. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Leeds.
