David Lopez

David Lopez has a strong background in fundraising and development, having held positions such as Chief Development Officer at Metro United Way and Founding Executive Director at Teach For America. Their experience includes co-founding a non-profit for Latino undergrads, teaching as a bilingual teacher in a large urban school district, and managing sales and marketing for a commercial security systems manufacturer. Lopez holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from UC San Diego and an Associate of Arts in Transfer Studies from San Diego Mesa College.
