Dan Mendoza

Dan Mendoza is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Senior Education Leadership Coach at Teach Plus since August 2018. Previously, Dan held various leadership roles, including Assistant Principal at Newman International Academy of Arlington and Principal at International Leadership of Texas. Additional experience includes serving on the Library Advisory Board for the City of Bedford, Texas, and teaching positions at Harmony Academy of Nature and Athletics and Jubilee Christian Academy, where responsibilities included faculty management, training, and policy development. Dan's background also includes military service as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Navy. Education credentials include a Doctor of Education - EdD in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Excelsior University, a Master of Arts in Political Science/Public Administration from the University of West Florida, and a diploma from the Auxiliary Security Force Academy.
