Grant Wolfe

Grant Wolfe is an experienced professional in the fields of evaluation, continuous improvement, and social work. Currently serving as the National Director of Evaluation and Continuous Improvement at Teach Plus since May 2022, Grant previously held the position of National Continuous Improvement Manager at After-School All-Stars from August 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included project management and oversight of evaluation processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Research & Operations Analyst at CrossOver Healthcare Ministry, focusing on clinic accreditation, and as a Research Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University, contributing to a published white paper on community-engaged research. Grant also completed a legislative internship at the Virginia House of Delegates. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work and a Non-Profit Management Certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia.
