Aaron Roy's work experience includes a range of roles in different companies over the years. Aaron started their professional journey in 2011 as the co-founder of a bicycle taxi consultancy, where they provided staffing, management, and legal expertise to create turnkey companies. In 2013, they worked as a Business Development Representative at Varonis, leading the development of new territories for their Enterprise security software. Aaron then joined 3DPrinterOS, where they served as the Head of Product and Strategy, leading user research, creating wireframes, and translating insights into technical requirements.

In 2016, Aaron joined Bond as a Senior Product Manager and later became the Director of Product, playing a significant role in transitioning the company to agile software development and streamlining the product launch process. Aaron then worked at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship as a Mentor for MIT delta v, providing guidance and support to startups.

In 2019, Aaron co-founded Wami, a bootstrapped B2B startup specializing in providing personalized handwritten note campaigns. They primarily served the luxury market, working with well-known fashion houses.

Most recently, Aaron joined Teachable as the Director of Product for the Growth team. Their responsibilities include developing strategies for subscriber acquisition, conversion, and monetization.

Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated expertise in product management, strategy development, and business development. Aaron has experience in a variety of industries, including technology, startups, and consultancy.

Aaron Roy attended the University of Connecticut from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Political Science. In 2009, they then enrolled at the University of Connecticut School of Law and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in 2012. Aaron later pursued further education in web design, completing a course on HTML, CSS, and Web Design at General Assembly in 2017.
