Teacher Recruit also empowers teachers to instantly discover exciting new opportunities around the globe. We have listened to feedback from teachers who use apps to buy food, network, date, travel, bank, buy groceries. At their request we pivoted from the outdated requirement to spend hours searching through job boards requiring them to submit multiple applications to different schools. Instead we provide digital native teachers with personalisation, accessibility and a tech-driven approach that delivers bespoke results instantly.

For schools we streamline hiring; saving time, resources, and ensuring perfect matches based on the specific criteria of each role posted. Our advanced search criteria and algorithm ensure that schools are only presented with candidates who align with the their requirements, removing the need to spend hours sifting through irrelevant, AI generated or Quick Apply applications. Instead we only introduce candidates whose teaching profile aligns with your role's specifications. Schools get instant notifications when a teacher has swiped to express their interest so they can choose to match with the candidate and make contact.
