Alec Stott

Alec Stott has extensive experience in the recruitment sector, currently serving as a Senior SEND Consultant and Principal Consultant at TeacherActive since January 2019. In this role, Alec specializes in high volume recruitment for SEND schools in Devon and West Somerset, managing compliance, training, and career advice for clients and staff. Prior to this, Alec worked as a SEND Recruitment Consultant, and has also held sales positions at Tracks Suzuki Exeter and Schuh, where responsibilities included customer service and sales support. Early career experience includes various roles at Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, encompassing cleaning, kitchen work, and customer service. Alec holds a degree from the University of Portsmouth, as well as GCSE qualifications from Colyton Grammar School.
