Joe Cotter is an accomplished educational leader with over 30 years of experience in the industry. They currently serve as the Founder in Residence at the Teaching Channel and are the President of Joe Cotter Consulting, where they focus on operational strategies for growth-oriented companies. Joe co-founded Learners Edge and served as its CEO for 16 years, in addition to holding various educational roles, including a Teacher at ISD 194 Lakeville Area Public Schools and an Assistant Football Coach at Lakeville South High School. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
