Alice N. is an instructional leader with extensive experience in math and science education, specializing in K–12 STEM strategy and coaching systems. As the Director of Facilitation Development at Teaching Lab, they lead the development of over 160 coaches nationwide and direct initiatives such as the Coach Summer Institute. Previously, Alice held various leadership roles, including Network Director of Middle School Math and Founding Leadership Fellow, where they implemented effective teacher development programs and improved student outcomes through data-driven practices. Alice is currently pursuing a Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program and a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, having earned a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College.
