Casey Lawrence has a diverse work experience in the education and counseling fields. They have worked as an Instructional Coach at YES Prep Public Schools, an Instructional Facilitator at Teaching Lab, and a Dual Language 1st Grade Teacher at Houston ISD. In addition, Casey has also held roles as an Administrative Writing Assistant at Walden University, a Practicum Student at the KIMBERLY BOYD COUNSELING CENTER, and a Youth Prevention Specialist at Recovery Resource Council. They also served various roles at Herrera Elementary in Houston ISD, including Social Media Coordinator, Team Lead Teacher, and Yearbook Editor. Casey's work experience spans from 2017 to 2022.

Casey Lawrence has a strong educational background. In 2012, they enrolled in the University of Central Oklahoma and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 2016. Following this, Casey pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University between 2019 and 2022. In 2023, Casey attended Texas A&M International University to earn a Master's degree in Educational Administration.

In addition to their academic achievements, Casey also obtained certifications in the field of education. In 2018, they obtained the Core Subjects Early Childhood-6th Grade Teacher certification from the Texas Education Agency. The following year, in 2019, Casey acquired the English as a Second Language Supplemental Teacher certification, also from the Texas Education Agency.
