Dr. Vee Johnson is the Founder and CEO of The EQ Doctor, a position held since January 2008. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Development & Culture and Senior Director of Operations at Teaching Lab since April 2023, Dr. Johnson brings extensive experience in educational environments, including a role as Associate Director of Program Performance at Pace Center for Girls from April 2019 to March 2023. Previously, Dr. Johnson worked for Broward County Public Schools for over a decade in various capacities, such as Social & Emotional Learning Specialist and District Induction & Principal Coach. Additional experience includes roles as an Educational Consultant at Macmillan and Promethean. Dr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Campbell University, a Master's in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Concordia Portland Alumni & Friends.
