RK Wolf serves as the Managing Director of Development & Communications at City Year since May 2023, focusing on brand building, impact enhancement, and financial sustainability while managing a team of eight and multiple Boards. In addition, RK is the Treasurer and a Board Member at Teaching Lab, where governance and strategy support for teacher professional learning is emphasized. Previously, as the Director of Development at Democracy Prep Public Schools, RK was instrumental in developing fundraising strategies and achieving significant revenue growth. At Uncommon Schools, RK raised over $70 million, including substantial federal government grants and major donor contributions. RK's career also includes roles at TNTP and New Leaders for New Schools, supplemented by education from Vassar College with degrees in Geography, Political Science, and French.
