Taheti Watson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an Executive HR Strategist and Cultural Architect, currently serving in a role focused on People and Culture at Teaching Lab since 2025. Previously, Taheti held the position of Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Canopy Children's Solutions from 2018 to 2025, where they significantly enhanced employee engagement and retention strategies. Prior to this, Taheti worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at The Whitten Group from 2006 to 2017. Taheti earned a Master’s degree in Workforce Development from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2007.
