At Teaching with Machines, we believe educators, not technology, are the true drivers of innovation. Our work bridges the gap between education and emerging technologies by helping schools, districts, and educators make sense of AI in ways that are practical, ethical, and sustainable.

We specialize in:

Professional Development & Coaching: Training teachers and leaders to integrate AI into curriculum, classroom management, and school systems.

Strategic Guidance: Supporting schools and networks with AI visioning, AI guidance development, and funding alignment.

Resources & Tools: Creating free, teacher-centered resources and frameworks that put educators in the driver’s seat.

Named a Leading Woman in AI (ASU+GSV 2024 & 2025), our founder Merissa Sadler-Holder has partnered with County Offices of Education, universities, and schools nationwide to bring clarity, creativity, and coherence to AI integration.

Our mission is to help educators move from AI curiosity to AI leadership—empowering them to save time, spark creativity, and transform learning while keeping human expertise at the center.
