Leveraging the skills, knowledge and expertise typically delivered by an instructional coach, the HOW2s platform provides 24/7 access to step-by-step, visual guides to ‘Evidence-Based’ teaching techniques - which can be applied, personalised and put into practice straight away.
The HOW2s platform supports distributed learning environments and encourages peer-to-peer learning opportunities. Each teacher is given access to a private space to learn on their own. In addition, they can access a range of social learning tools, allowing them to ask for support from and offer support to colleagues within their organisation.
The How2s app gives quality managers the tools and pedagogical resources they need to support teachers in meeting the ever-changing demands of teaching and student learning. It also allows management to keep track ‘at-a-glance’ of how teachers are engaging with the platform - giving them the ability to measure and evaluate the impact of their investment.
