At TeachRN, we’re reimagining how nurses connect, grow, and thrive.

What began as a simple marketplace is now transforming into a movement, a bold, nurse-led revolution to address the deep cracks in our profession. One in four nurses are leaving the bedside. One in three leave within their first two years, some walking away from nursing entirely. Years of hard work, financial strain, and emotional exhaustion often lead not to fulfillment, but to burnout.

In today’s fast-paced and overstretched healthcare environment, traditional solutions no longer meet the scale or speed we need. At TeachRN, we’re creating a sustainable model that supports both nurses and the healthcare systems that rely on them, because both need to win in order for care to improve and for the workforce to flourish.

TeachRN is and always will be a place to explore the vast offerings and wisdom of nurses. A place where mentorship meets innovation, and where community fuels transformation.

Having mentored over 8,000 ICU nurses, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to keep nurses engaged, supported, and fulfilled. Now, I’m taking that momentum to build something even bigger, an enterprise-level solution rooted in the heart, impact, and deep industry insight of a nurse.

TeachRN mentors are the heartbeat of this movement, leading with empathy, teaching with enthusiasm, and guiding with compassion.
