Nadja Shaw is a strategic operations and learning leader with over a decade of experience in the education and edtech sectors. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Collective Ideation Consulting, they partner with organizations to develop impactful strategies in learning product design and team performance. Previously, Nadja held roles such as Senior Director of Learning and Development Strategy at 2U and Director of Program Design at Teach For America, where they drove programmatic initiatives for educational personnel. Their educational background includes a Master's Degree from Teachers College of Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College. Nadja’s expertise extends to transforming operational visions into executable strategies focused on data, equity, and sustainable growth.
