Mike Bailey

Mike Bailey, Ph.D., is an organizational development leader and disability rights advocate with over 15 years of experience in K-12 and higher education. They have directed educational programming for thousands of students, focusing on accessibility services and career readiness initiatives. Previously, they served as the Director of Career Services and Accessibility at Saint Leo University, where they launched impactful programs and improved student engagement. Currently, Mike holds the position of Senior Curriculum Developer for Assessment at TeachTown, continuing to contribute to educational equity and student success.
