Mr. Hilley is a senior leader within the education industry with over 23 years of experience working with public school districts. Mr. Hilley’s background includes broad experience in all phases of educational publishing and software, including textbooks, intervention, alternative education, GED preparation, special/exceptional education and test preparation/assessments. Mr. Hilley is a proven builder of leading sales and marketing organizations having led sales organizations from $13M to $100M+. In 2010, Mr. Hilley led the integration of the Sopris West and Voyager sales teams after the merger of Cambium Learning and Voyager Learning. Prior to that, he led sales teams at Voyager Learning and Holt, Rinehart and Winston Publishers. Mr. Hilley holds a BA in Political Science from The University of Alabama.
