Agathe Rakowicz

Agathe Rakowicz is a seasoned professional in digital advertising and marketing, currently serving as VP Performance Solutions - Enterprise at Teads since September 2025. Prior to this role, Agathe spent nearly 14 years at Outbrain, where notable positions included VP Global Demand Enablement - CX Brand & Agency and Global Head of Mid-Market Brands, Agencies & Affiliates, focusing on helping global brands achieve digital advertising goals. Agathe also served in several capacities related to programmatic business and account management at Outbrain. In addition, Agathe was a committee member for Programmatic Trading at IAB Europe from July 2019 to December 2023 and held previous roles at Qype and JCDecaux. Academic credentials include a Master 2 in International Affairs and a Master 1 in Business Management from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, as well as a BA(Hons) in Business Administration with a marketing pathway from London South Bank University.
