Johnson Samuel

Director Customer Experience

Johnson Samuel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Since January 2018, Johnson has held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Teads, following previous roles as Associate Director of Customer Experience, Group Operations Manager, and Account Manager. Prior to joining Teads, Johnson worked at DMS, a member of the Choueiri Group, in tech operations from June 2015 to October 2017. Johnson holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Staffordshire (2011 - 2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University.
