Kyle Roberts

Kyle Roberts is a seasoned professional in equity plan administration, currently serving as the Global Stock Plan Administrator at Teads since February 2025. In this role, Kyle manages the company's equity plans, collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance and accurate reporting, and assists employees with equity-related inquiries. Prior to Teads, Kyle held similar positions at Outbrain, Morgan Stanley, and E*TRADE, where responsibilities included maintaining stock plan records and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
