John Colreavy is the Director of the Meat Technology Centre at Teagasc, where they lead industry collaboration to enhance meat technology expertise in Ireland. They established the CREST Centre in 2003, generating over €6M in research income and receiving numerous awards for commercialisation and innovation. Previously, John held positions at ICI Paints, British Steel Technical, and Enterprise Ireland, contributing significantly to R&D projects and industrial consultancy.
