Lisa Ryan currently serves as the Manager of the National Centre for Brewing and Distilling at Teagasc since January 2023. Previously, Lisa held the position of Distillery Manager at Royal Oak Distillery from May 2017 to February 2022, and worked as a Project Manager at FDT Consulting Engineers and Project Managers from May 2022 to January 2023. Lisa's experience also includes roles as Compliance Manager and CI Lead at Diageo from January 2011 to January 2012, and Head Brewer at Waterford Distillery from January 2014 to March 2017. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Project Management with Distinction from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from University College Dublin, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Science from Technological University Dublin.
