Ruth Hamill

Ruth Hamill is a Senior Research Officer at Teagasc, where they focus on muscle molecular biology and meat science with an emphasis on meat quality and sustainability in processing. They previously held the position of Research Officer at Teagasc and served as a Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews and Robert Gordon University. Ruth is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a PhD in Population Genetics at University College Dublin, where they also obtained a Professional Diploma in Data Analytics.
