Siobhan Culleton

Siobhan Culleton served as the Learning and Development Manager at Teagasc from 2010 to 2019, where they were responsible for staff learning strategies and programs. They also held roles as Internal Communications Manager, Partnership Officer, Corporate Services Specialist, and Walsh Fellowship Executive Administrator during their tenure at Teagasc. Prior to this, they managed the External Services Department at the Institute of Technology, Carlow from 2000 to 2005, focusing on securing external funding. Siobhan has completed several qualifications, including a distinction in Training Needs Analysis & Design from the Learning and Development Institute in 2023.
