Dan Menser

Dan Menser's work experience begins with their current position as General Counsel at TEAL, an IoT networking company. Dan joined TEAL in May 2022 and is responsible for providing programmable connectivity solutions to various industries. Prior to TEAL, Dan held the position of Chairman at the Alliance of Angels, a prominent angel investor group in the Pacific Northwest, starting in March 2016. In addition to their role as Chairman, they also served as a Member and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Alliance of Angels.

Before joining the Alliance of Angels, Dan worked as a Lawyer at Menser Law LLC starting from January 2021. Dan also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Pollen Systems Corporation from April 2019 and as Vice President of Business Development from January 2021 to January 2022. Additionally, they were a Member of the Board of Advisors at Everyvine Systems Corp. since January 2021.

During their tenure at T-Mobile, which began in January 2000 and ended in December 2020, Dan held multiple roles, including Vice President of Legal Affairs. Dan led a team of 45 attorneys and staff and was responsible for legal and regulatory work related to wireless technology.

Prior to T-Mobile, Dan worked at The Walter Group, Inc. as the Director of Regulatory Affairs. Dan built a regulatory compliance business and assisted telecommunication providers nationwide with regulatory compliance issues and filings.

Dan Menser attended Washington State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, graduating with honors. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree from the Seattle University School of Law, where they graduated with honors as well.
