Eric Young

Eric Young has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and IT engineering. Eric started their career as a System Administrator at Episcopal Community Services in November 2010 and worked until September 2013. In September 2013, they joined Piksel as a Unix Engineer and continued until March 2014. Later, they briefly worked as an IT Engineer at Qualcomm from April 2014 to September 2014. Eric returned to Piksel in October 2014 as a Unix Engineer and worked until their transition to Tealium in September 2017. At Tealium, they held various positions, including Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Lead, DevOps Manager, and Senior DevOps Manager, before becoming the Director of DevOps in June 2022. Throughout the years, Eric has gained valuable experience in managing and implementing DevOps practices in different organizations.

Eric Young attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2001 to 2005 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature. In 2005, they also received a Technical Communication Certificate in Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Eric holds certifications in Security+, Network+, and A+ from CompTIA.
