James Keith

James Keith has worked in various roles throughout their career. James started their professional journey in 2009 at Alterian, where they served as a 1st Line Technical Support Consultant until July 2010. James then moved on to become a 2nd Line Technical Support Consultant until December 2011. James joined SDL plc in December 2011 as a Senior Support Engineer and worked in that position until February 2016. In March 2016, they began working at Tealium as a Solutions Engineer and held that role until June 2018. James then transitioned to the position of Software Engineer - Device integrations at Tealium from July 2018 to January 2021. Currently, James holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Tealium, which they started in January 2021.

James Keith attended the University of Reading from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Artificial Intelligence. In October 2017, they also obtained a certification as a Tealium Certified Technical Professional in Tealium iQ Tag Management from Tealium.
