Kyle Graas has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kyle began their career as an Account Executive and Google Fiber Tech Partner at Avid Communications, LLC, where they specialized in voice and bandwidth consulting. Kyle demonstrated excellent relationship management skills and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2018, they transitioned to Spring Venture Group as a Licensed Sales Advisor, assisting clients with choosing Medicare Supplement Plans. Kyle utilized consulting strategies and Salesforce CRM to effectively manage multiple clients. In the same year, they also started their own venture as a Content Creator & Owner, providing photography and videography services, as well as advising companies on general marketing strategies. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Software Engineer at Thr3ds, where they built and deployed a front-end retail storefront using React and other technologies. Currently, Kyle is employed at Tealium, where they have held the position of Customer Success Engineer and has recently been promoted to Lead Customer Success Engineer.

Kyle Graas has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from The University of Kansas, which they obtained between 2010 and 2015. In 2020, they attended Hack Reactor for a Full Stack Software Immersive program offered by Galvanize Inc.
