Simon Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer data, analytics, and marketing technologies. Currently serving as Principal AI Strategist at Tealium since July 2014, Simon focuses on integrating AI/ML within the Tealium platform while collaborating with customers and internal teams. Prior roles include VP & Managing Director at Tealium, where responsibilities included leading solutions consulting and customer success in the EMEA region. Simon's career also features significant positions at Certona, TouchCommerce, Visual Sciences/Omniture, WebSideStory, WebTrends EMEA, and OpenSoft Communications, contributing to business establishment and expansion across Europe. With an M.Eng in Electronics & Computing Science from Swansea University, Simon combines technical expertise with a strong foundation in customer engagement and services.
