Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a seasoned professional in training, education, and enablement, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Education and Enablement at Tealium since September 2019. With an extensive career spanning over two decades, Todd has held various leadership roles, including Global Director of Education and Director of Curriculum and Instructional Design at Tealium, where functions focused on enhancing customer and partner education. Previous experience includes roles at Ephesoft, Carrington Holding Company, AppFolio, Citrix Online, and CompUSA, where Todd excelled in developing training programs, managing learning initiatives, and driving customer experience improvements. Todd holds a BA in International Business Studies from the University of West Florida and several advanced certifications in organizational development and instructional design.
