Vikas S. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vikas started their career as a Pricing Analyst at 1A Seal Systems in Leeds in 2008. Vikas then moved on to Connaught PLC, where they worked as an Accounts Payable Assistant from 2009 to 2009 and later as an Accounts Payable Team Leader from 2010 to 2010. In 2010, Vikas joined O2 (Telefónica UK) as a Finance Analyst-Commissions, where they took responsibility for commissions payment and management at channel level for O2 Retail shops and Franchise stores across the UK.

Vikas joined Thomson Reuters in 2011, initially working as a Commissions Analyst from 2011 to 2013, and later as a Senior Commissions Analyst from 2013 to 2013. In these roles, they calculated commissions and analyzed individual, team, and regional performances. Vikas also played a role in improving the commissions processes and represented the commissions and sales teams in the development and implementation of new commissions tools.

In 2014, Vikas started working as a Financial Analyst - Europe SME accounts and Europe East Region at Thomson Reuters. In this role, they provided analysis, tools, and insight to support the sales teams and acted as a mini CFO for their area. Vikas also performed tasks such as sales validation, business planning, variance analysis, planning and forecasting support, and month-end financial close process support.

Vikas joined IQVIA in 2018 as a Global Commercial Operations Analyst - Technology Solutions. In this role, they coordinated high-priority requests from stakeholders, captured business needs and workflows, and produced ad hoc and BAU reports and dashboards showing sales performance. Vikas also ensured data quality assurance and played a role in successful project execution.

Finally, Vikas currently holds the position of Director - Revenue Operations, EMEA at Tealium, where they were previously the Revenue Execution Manager, EMEA. Vikas has also worked as a Sales Operations and Strategy Specialist at Tealium from 2019 to 2021. In these roles, they have been responsible for revenue operations, execution, and strategy in the EMEA region.

Vikas S. pursued their education starting in 1999 at the University of Lucknow, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce in 2002. Vikas then proceeded to attend London Metropolitan University, completing their Masters in International Finance and Investments between 2004 and 2006. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance and Investments at the same university, which they completed in 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Part Qualified certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In terms of additional certifications, Vikas acquired a Certification in Stock Market Investments from London Metropolitan University in October 2006, and a Regulation of the Stock markets in the UK certification from the London Stock Exchange in February 2005. Finally, they obtained certifications in Power BI from Udemy in April 2019, and in Microsoft Excel from qa.com in July 2010.
