Don Sauer

Don Sauer's work experience includes a variety of roles spanning over several decades. Don started their career in the US Navy as a Fire Control Technician, where they maintained and operated radar and computer systems for weapons control. After leaving the navy, Don held various positions at Microdyne, including Director of Services and Vice President of Information Solutions. Don then joined Digital Paper as the Director of Services & Support, where they oversaw customer services and built consultative relationships. From there, Don became the Chief Information Officer at Envision EMI, leading their Information Systems and Technology efforts. Don also worked as an Independent Consultant, serving as a Program Manager. In 2010, Don founded Aligned Technology Solutions, providing Managed IT Services and Solutions. Don is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Teal.

Don Sauer attended the US Navy / College of Lake County from 1985 to 1986, where they studied Computers and Electronics. Don later obtained additional certifications including Graduate - Critical Care Emergency Medical Transport Program (CCEMTP) from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, as well as certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Paramedic, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from various institutions.
