With 75+ years of combined district administrative and athletic experience in large and small, rural and urban communities, we bring unmatched expertise in leadership, finance, training, and strategic planning specific to athletic departments in both public and private school settings.

We’ve identified four pillars necessary to uphold a strong athletic program. Funding, safety and security, test scores, attendance and graduation rates are the priorities of most school districts, and rightfully so. But, “student athletes typically have better grades, higher graduation rates, and are more likely to attend college than their peers who don’t play sports,” according to the National Federation of State High School Associations.

The most important job of a school administrator is hiring the right people. Partnering with you and your staff, we can help develop strategies for growing strong leadership through best practices in hiring, training and evaluating.

Aligning to your district’s mission, vision and values, we can help you promote a positive culture that serves as powerful marketing. Powerful marketing attracts proud stakeholders. And proud stakeholders? They support and even subsidize school programs.

Compliance infractions, safety concerns, and mismanaged logistics of can have far-reaching, highly visible, and often costly consequences. We’ll help you and your team implement systems for simplified, streamlined, efficient operations.

Without question, high school athletics is a small business. Through our experience, we’ve learned the best processes for expanding fundraising opportunities and sponsorships, while managing a budget for equality, transparency and overall fiscal health.

We know how demanding it is to lead faculty and staff while managing the daily operations of a school district. Team 22 can assist in maximizing the impact of your athletic programs to help support the day to day work that is most important - protecting and educating students.
