Team Building Verona (TBV) is a company founded by Claudia Coppola in 2008, it is today a team of trainers and operational technicians specialized in the design and implementation of team building activities and training courses for the development of soft skills.

TBV strategy is based on the profound awareness that companies are increasingly tending towards a conception of their organizational structures according to the Lean theory.

The application of Lean theory in the field of human resources involves a reduction in hierarchical levels, greater widespread responsibility, cross-functional teams, delegation and development of skills at operational levels.

In companies, there is therefore a need for a continuous process of growth and redefinition, an increased attention to the training of their human resources, with the aim of implementing both transversal skills and intra-company aggregation processes.

TBV, thanks to the know-how and experience gained in over 10 years of activity, provides two different types of consultancy:

- planning and organization of corporate team building activities aimed at sales directors and marketing managers;

- training courses for the development of soft skills .
