Ben Warner

Ben Warner is the Head of Talent Management at Central States Funds/TeamCare, where they focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Previously, as the Global Vice President of Talent at Acertitude, they led various people-related strategic initiatives including recruitment and employee experience. Warner's extensive background includes more than twelve years in Global Talent and Leadership Development roles at Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds, as well as coaching and training experience at Walgreens. They also served as a public speaking instructor at Western Illinois University and are certified in InsideOut Coaching, Hogan Assessment, and MBTI. In addition to their professional achievements, Warner is involved in charity work with Autism Speaks and has traveled to 38 of 195 countries.
