De-Mystifying Team Coaching
That’s what the Team Coaching Global Alliance (TCGA) is designed to achieve.

TCGA offers three team coaching training courses and coaching supervision groups, successfully preparing you to apply for any of the three options for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

We are approved with the Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching designation from the International Coaching Federation.

1. Team Coaching Global Certificate – Foundations: a 40 hour Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program
2. Team Coaching Global Certificate – AATC (Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching): your direct pathway to ACTC
3. Team Coaching Global Certificate – CPL (Credit for Prior Learning): benefit from your prior learning and team coaching practice
4. Coaching Supervision with our highly accomplished supervisors

Developed and Delivered by Subject Matter Experts

The Team Coaching Global Certificate training programs are developed by expert team coaches - Jonathan Reitz, Katerina Kanelidou, and Karl Van Hoey all MCC and ACTC - who were singled out by the International Coaching Federation as leaders in the Art and Science of Team Coaching for the development of the ICF Team Coaching Competency Model.
