Tonya Thomas is the Founder and CEO of Team Delegate, LLC, a virtual executive assistant company established in January 2019, which supports overwhelmed entrepreneurs and small business owners by providing executive assistance remotely. In addition, Tonya hosts the Unbottleneck Your Business Podcast, launched in April 2021, aimed at helping small business owners and entrepreneurs enhance their productivity through effective delegation. Previously, Tonya owned The Small Office Assistant from August 2000 to January 2019, delivering virtual assistant services, and held various positions at BE&K Construction Company and SouthTrust Bank. Tonya is also a member of EO Accelerator from December 2021 to July 2024 and holds a B.S. in Biology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, obtained in 1994.
