Currently holding the title of Country Manager at Team Flash and Head of Referee Committee at VIRESA, Hieu has a proven track record of success in building talent houses, maximizing revenue through live streaming and marketing campaigns, and managing gaming communities. With a Master's degree in Education from Hochiminh University of Sports, Hieu has a passion for developing the eSports industry and fostering a strong gaming community.
