Mark Hatton, OLY, serves as an EMCC Accredited Coach Practitioner and Mentor at EMCC Global since April 2024, while also mentoring at The True Athlete Project since January 2022. As Team GB Luge Coach, Mark contributed to the Beijing Olympic Winter Games 2022 and is preparing for the Gangwon Youth Olympic Winter Games 2024. With extensive experience as a Luge Analyst and Colour Commentator since February 2014, Mark holds the position of Performance Director at the Great Britain Luge Association since 2012 and has been a public speaker with 21st Century Legacy since 2010, focusing on empowering youth. Mark also delivers bespoke talks through markhatton.com, engaging clients such as VISA, Microsoft, and Google. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at KindWorks.AI and National Team Coach for the Korea Luge Federation. Mark's educational background includes a PGCE from the University of Cambridge, a Japanese Language and Culture program at Nihon University, and a BSc in Sports Science and Business Studies from Brunel University of London.
