Steve Puterbaugh

Steve Puterbaugh is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Team International and previous Vice President of Human Resources at ACE Cash Express. Steve has been working in the field of human resources for over 15 years and has been with Team International for just over a year. Before their time at Team International, Steve spent 14 years at ACE Cash Express.

Steve’s experience in human resources has given him a wealth of knowledge in the field. Steve is an expert in staffing, employee relations and engagement, benefits, compensation, employee development, HRIS, payroll, organization planning, succession planning, performance management, budgeting and policy and compliance. Steve's experience has been instrumental in helping Team International grow and succeed.

Under Steve’s leadership, the human resources team at Team International has been able to provide great support to the company’s employees and help the company reach its goals. Steve is a dedicated human resources professional and is committed to helping Team International continue to be a successful and innovative company.

Steve Puterbaugh has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ferris State University.
