Mike Miller

Being an expert in the industry for thirty-two years, Mike has gained enterprise experience supporting environments of 1200 production servers with 20,000 concurrent users down to 2-3 user small businesses. In 2011, he took on the big task of starting the IT Department at West & Company, LLC, transforming their environment of eight offices and 70-80 users with state-of-the-art technology solutions that dramatically improved network, server and internet stability and maximized staff production. He continued to provide consulting services to thirty-five outside clients as well. Mike is intimately familiar with the concerns and challenges of small businesses. His focus has been small to medium businesses of 100 users and under for the last several years. He considers his expertise of maximizing an array of enterprise-class solutions that can be implemented within each client’s budget, large or small and he knows how to deliver.
