Katie Rees serves as the Client Success & Engagement Director at Jump since September 2021, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth through product innovation, staff training, and account management. With a background in program management, Katie has held positions including Head of Programmes and Programme Manager at Tz Rising, where leadership supported efforts to empower disadvantaged women in Tanzania. Previous experience includes roles in communications and engagement at 360Giving and Creators Club, as well as directing educational courses for Future Foundations. Katie also contributed to sustainability initiatives at the London School of Economics and has extensive experience in youth leadership and volunteer management. An alumna of Newcastle University, Katie holds a degree in Combined Honours: Politics and Spanish.
