Luuk Barten

Luuk Barten is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Team Liquid since August 2019, where responsibilities include improving engineering quality and productivity across product teams and defining engineering strategies. Previously, Luuk held roles such as Front End Lead Developer and Senior Frontend Developer, focusing on the Liquid+ React application and setting up front-end architecture for internal projects. Additionally, Luuk has extensive experience in education, serving as an instructor and corrector for interaction design e-learning courses at LOI and as a guest lecturer in web development at SintLucas. Luuk also owned Elicit, managing projects and client relations for over a decade, and instructed professional web design courses at Richter Opleidingen. Educational credentials include an MSc in Strategic Management from Tilburg University and a BIT in Information Technology from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
